RETURN POLICY
Returns of customized or imprinted goods are not accepted.
If a shipment is incorrect notice must be given within 5
days of receipt of shipment for any refund to be given.
Any return of blank merchandise for which authorization
has been granted will be subject to a 15% service charge.
Any unauthorized returns will be dealt with at the discretion
of Katch 22, LLC and no refund will be granted.
